• If you prefer the rear mounting option, you can achieve this by drilling a hole from the back (Of course, you may request this from our end for your convenience). Alternatively, if you choose the threaded nut approach, the wire connector is a standard feature in our nautical fixtures, facilitating the electrical connections (where the wire is exposed).
  

When ordered in raw brass, the sconces come unvarnished. The surface is left natural and will react with air, moisture, and touch, so the finish will change over time, developing a unique patina that may look uneven at first but will gradually evolve into an aged look. If you prefer to keep the original appearance, we can seal the brass by varnishing upon request.

All other finishes (such as antique brass, antique copper, or satin nickel) are varnished and will keep their appearance without further change.
